 You can store these extensions in the box they came in or in any other protective box. Brush your extensions before putting them in a box and roll them into a ponytail. Then twist them to create a donut-like shape and put them in a box. 

With proper care our hair extensions last at least 6-9 months, if not longer. 

Yes! The Halos and Toppers are heat friendly. Style your extensions just like your natural hair.

Our round brush dryers are designed to be used on damp hair and work best when hair is towel-dried and slightly damp—not soaking wet. However, all other styling tools should only be used on completely dry hair. Using hot tools on wet or damp hair can cause unnecessary heat damage and may affect the performance and longevity of the tools. Always use a heat protectant before styling for the best results.

 Cleaning is simple. Ensure the straightener is unplugged and cool before wiping the plates with a damp, soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals. Regular maintenance will help prolong the life of your straightener. 

We do NOT accept returns. However, we do offer FREE exchanges for another tool(s) of your choosing that is equal value of the tool(s) that are being exchanged.
